Ambrette

Plant-based musk.

Small seeds that originate from an aromatic plant (musk mallow) native to India. The small seeds resemble kidneys and they are distilled to produce the signature ambrette essential oil used in modern perfumery.

Scent Profile: Naturally derived musky note with a vegetal, slightly metallic feel. Lightly cool, and settling somewhere between amber and musk, depending on the wearer.
