Mandarin
The essential oil of the mandarin orange is extracted from its peel. The oil is fragrant and rich in flavour and therefore finds use as a flavouring agent in candies, ice cream, chewing gum, carbonated beverages, liqueurs and bakery goods.
Scent Profile: Very hesperidic (citrusy), sweet, succulent, juicy and honeyed.
