Chocolate

Both chocolate and cacao (the flowers and pods of the plant from which chocolate is made) can be absolutes and accords in modern perfumery. 

Scent Profile: The fruit of the cacao can be rendered in perfume as full, sensuous, slightly spicy and bitterish.
