Mint

Or mentha. An aromatic herb that is almost exclusively perennial. In fragrance, there is wild mint, peppermint and spearmint. The oil of each is derived via steam distillation of the leaves. 

Scent Profile: The scent of chewing gum and toothpaste; fresh, sharp and menthol with cooling properties.
