Shipping

We ship to all locations in Australia via the Australia Post network and TNT. 

Shipping Costs:

Free shipping Australia wide for all orders over $100. 

For orders $100 and under, a flat rate of $12 will be charged.

Fragrance Shipping: 

Please note that fragrance cannot be express posted by air and can only travel by road. Please allow up to 7-14 days for delivery. Fragrance cannot be delivered to any PO Box or parcel locker, but will arrive at the courier's depot and await collection there. 

International Shipping: 

Please note we do not ship to any international destinations.

Confirmation of Order: 

Once we have received confirmation of your payment, an email will be sent to you advising that your order has been received together with payment and that it will be ready for dispatch shortly. 

Public Holidays:

Imogino does not ship orders on Western Australian or Australian Public Holidays. 

Delivery: 

Please allow up to 3-7 working days from when your order is confirmed.

We advise that it is beyond the control of Imogino if parcels cannot be left at the address because they do not fit in your letterbox or there is no one present to collect it. Efficient and safe delivery can be assured if a daytime address is specified in the checkout process. 

If you require delivery to a business address, please ensure that the company name, department, floor/level and the name of the recipient are clearly entered in the shipping address. 

Imogino will not accept responsibility for any lost or delayed shipments as a result of Australia Post or TNT. However, please feel free to contact us with any inquiries at hello@imoginostore.com and will we do our best to assist you.
