According to legend, lily-of the-valley flowers sprouted from Eve’s tears after she was banished from the Garden of Eden, and its delicate, fragrant white flowers have long been associated with traditional feminine values of chastity, innocence and purity.
It is an invented note in modern perfumery, produced by certain aroma materials that mimic the flower's scent.
Scent Profile: Slightly sweet, green and cleanly floral, can be soapy and dew-like.
