Cumin

Spicy aniseed. 

A spice with an especially bitter-sour pungency. In fragrance, it has the ability to highlight animalic leather notes. 

The aromatic seeds are dried, ground and then steam distilled to extract oil. 

Scent Profile: Powerful, green, aromatic, warm, pungent, spicy.
