Hawthorn

As the saying goes, "when Hawthorn blooms, you know Spring is here." This thorny looking, flowering shrub is not actually harvested for use in perfume, but recreated synthetically. 

Scent Profile: Almondy, spicy, honeyed, sometimes almost effervescent, floral note.
