Cypress

A perennial, conical-shaped tree originating from the East, now mostly found in gardens and cemeteries in the Mediterranean region. Cypress oil is extracted from the needles and twigs of young branches via steam distillation. 

Scent Profile: Clear, fresh, masculine, bracing and energising; can also be described as mossy.
