Tobacco

Nicotiana tabacum. 

From the tobacco plant, the macerated leaves of which are solvent washed to produce the material of use to perfumery. It resembles nothing of the dirty ash we associate with cigarettes but evokes a deeply warm, highly aromatic aroma, common in men's fragrances. 

Scent Profile: Nuanced, warm, dry yet rich sweetish scent. Can display caramel, whiskey, maple, rosy-fruity nuances.
