Black pepper is rendered through steam distillation of the berries of the piper negrum plant. Widely used as a distinctive and punchy top note in fragrance.

Pink Pepper, also known as baies roses or schinus in perfumery, is obtained from the berries of the schinus molle plant. 

Scent Profile: Black pepper is a hot and bracing note; pink pepper offers a more contemporary rosy note.
